I moved to a new build estate 2 years ago and the back garden was in a sorry state, not level, terrible quality of turf, generally speaking a rush job without thought process. I decided that I needed to make drastic changes so I undertook some steps to make the garden something that the family could enjoy. I went about setting a patio and boarded it with sleepers which left me with a staged garden area. Now I'd seen alot of my neighbours employ various garden technicians to lay top soil and new turf, the quality of work wasn't the greatest and the quality wasn't the greatest.
